That would leave very little margin for error, and I’d end up drilling through the face of the door. I want to try and save these since I may be able to reuse them later on. For plain hinges, loosen the mounting screws just enough so that the hinges can move but not so much that the door droops. Once you have the sliding mechanism attached to the door, you can slide it onto the corresponding part on the cabinet. Once it’s in place, I attach the left front support post to it. I’ll also need a partition in the rear of the cabinet to make up for the non-existent wall.
