Gluten Free Pizza by Mellow Mushroom Review: Phx Coach Deborah Peters

One of the hardest things being gluten free is my love for bread. One of my favorite foods is pizza, so this turn to a gluten free diet has had its moments. We’ve tried making our own gluten free pizza from various gluten free flour, so far the few gluten free restaurants we’ve lucked out with have been great. Maybe it’s not luck, they just choose to care about this needed area of their customers Mellow Mushrooom Bakers makes the list here with their gluten free pizza! It has great texture and flavor, tastes like a normal thinner hand tossed crust. It is also a larger size, 12″ pizza. There’s no gluten free bread though, maybe they’ll alter that in the future! And no gluten free desserts that I noticed for the time being. But don’t forget to try their root beer with your pie – it’s brewed right there!
