The season is upon us, complete with sugar high and lows, stress and not enough time! And yet – we’ve never felt better or more on our game than this year – thanks to juicing. Been at it for over 4 months, just one a day, and it has made all the difference! Juicers come in all styles and budgets, we have a Jack LaLanne Power Juicer. The best juicer is the one you can afford! You can even use the leftover pulp as a great base for soups, like lentil. Juicing recipes come with new juicers and you can find so many online too. Our main recipe goes as follows and just mix it a change here or there for preference.
