Inspiring Motivational P90X Shoulders/Arms Ab Ripper; Eric Thomas Success: Phx Coach Deborah
Exercise routines! This workout video is my favorite from P90X. It’s almost a free workout because in many ways, it’s more like a playground for me than the “gym”. Not sure why, but the arm workout in terms of burn is just not as bad as legs…maybe it’s that way for most. This upper body workout works ya, but you can still walk afterwards. The P90X ab ripper, however deserves another paragraph.
No joke, the underwire in my bra hurt the next day just touching the upper abs/breastbone and connective tissues that that ab work out crushed me with! TMI for some, but I’m being real here. Resorted to a non-wire garment, but sure felt I was working on my own “body armor” all day, lol. Fitness programs, ab workouts are different for everyone, I’ve run the gamut on just about every one out there including pilates. Truth be told, sometimes I have to “convince” myself at times to work out – and if I had to take 2 more steps such as driving to the gym, working out in a gym, where I felt I needed to be more “presentable” than at home to work out, I’d probably not go. That’s what I love about the X workout, total freedom. Though good news for you if you disagree cause the p90x app will be here shortly. Eric Thomas is yet doing another inspirational speech through this video, I’m subscribed to his youtube channel, highly recommend him! He has a gift for speaking, and drives home the very things I believe as well. I coach people to be their best, drop in anytime.
