Airtime & Video help grow your biz! Target Anouncement!
Have you found yourself lost in the sea of online marketing & social media?
Read on to see how you can streamline your efforts with no expense – just heart, your time. Recently I discovered Airtime, the new social media created by Sean Parker. Have you noticed more and more people are becoming tech savvy but while doing so some social skills are disappearing? I do believe it’s because certain types “hide” behind a profile and because they’re not face to face – they conduct themselves differently. At the same time, businesses that are embracing the reality that people can go on their fan page, twitter or youtube – and post whatever they feel like, good or bad and let them do so – are soaring above the rest of their competition. How is this with Social Media? It brings the customer’s voice back. The web and social media are not “some thing” out there….they’re customer service. I do believe in this day and age people desire connection, to be heard, to have a relationship with you, your business. When we allow it to happen via social media – the loyalty returns sevenfold.
You see this video below on a week’s worth of updates – isn’t that much nicer to see than an entire story to read? For one, it saves time but so much is genuine in the message. Someday soon, I’ll be able to send this as a newsletter and the video embedded where one can watch right/read it all from their email. How personal will that be?
Kinda funny, the more we “grow” on the web, social media, etc. – the more people want “main street”. The more they want you to remember their names, what they love, their “usual” order – I think that’s a good lesson from our early industrial era’s; separate the products’ from the people, just master “people service”.
Speaking of service – big news! Target has picked up my art for production and release this fall! When I began working with a few agents in the licensing arena, I really had to have a heart to heart with myself. “Did I desire to only sell originals for the Art Collector crowd? What about everyone in between? Ultimately I came back to my childhood wish: to place my art in the hands of all who love it – whichever place they happen to reside Glad to have you here on the journey my friends! Was this post helpful to you? Did you walk away with a few ideas for your growth online and social media? I’d love to hear your feedback below! XO- Deb
