Airtime – What is it? How can it grow my business?

Airtime. Butterflies!

This “Airtime” is the latest Social Media making waves – and it was just launched 8 days ago!

The Airtime screen capture you’re seeing here is Christina Warren’s very first visit to airtime and she got the Founder himself – Sean Parker!! You may have heard of him, maybe not. Sean Parker is the co-founder of Facebook, he was also the founder of Napster back in the 90′s….though that subject brings back sore memories, those that understand what he was trying to accomplish and did – love him for it. He was the first to figure out how to get music off the CD format and into an electronic, sharable format – accessible for everyone, bypassing record labels. The goal – get the creative content out there to the open public – where the public can decide it’s success. And now he’s done it again but with a Live social media product. We’re in an era where we can make our own successes – without the “Good ol’ Boys Club, Secret handshake or Gatekeepers“.

What does Airtime mean for creatives and business owners? If you’re totally new to the idea of online exposure for promoting your business, this is the modern “main street introduction”, a way to expand your audience. If you understand who your client/customers are, now you can pop on airtime, meet people and connect, share what you do – & vice versa.

If you’re still learning who your client/customer is – airtime is a great way to get feedback! It’s social media but even more real since you’re face to face via your computer camera’s. Airtime is a wonderful tool for attraction marketing, now we can meet people literally face to face online that you may not otherwise – and you’re connected by your common interests via facebook. At the same time, don’t jump on Airtime until you’re comfortable with attraction marketing – this is key. There’s a lot people online marketing the Wrong Way because they don’t know otherwise – then they claim social media doesn’t work….My first visit on Airtime I met a fellow online marketer named Andres from Spain, working from London – it was great. We then connected as facebook friends and now can continue to build a professional relationship forward. I’m taking this further for a training module to help people like us grow our biz online – stay tuned!! By all means – if you know someone who’d really like to get in on this – send them over! This is So exciting!!!
