Isn’t the leopard such an Exquisite creature?

Meet “Jungle Eyes”. She’s a favorite big cat, and I was just beginning to work with Big Cat rescues as I began this painting. Because Big Cat survival in general is a passion for me, be it leopards or lions – I truly get lost when painting them, thinking about their life, what that face may be thinking that I’m paying so close to detailed attention to. These wonderful animals bring me great joy as I paint, and continue to carry on that attribute to all who see them.

At the end of the day, that leopard has to be more; she has to have eyes that speak to you, because if she doesn’t speak, she’s not alive.
