Blog. More importantly, a WordPress blog!

In part two here, I’ll share with you what has worked for me getting more traffic to my blog and why.

Blogging has been around for several years, but Word Press has not. Why is a wordpress blog so valuable? For starters, it’s not free – well, it can be but you want the one you pay for separately with hosting. Many blogs out there are free and they’re great – provided you’re not a business. Or, an individual with a product attached to you. A WordPress blog is valuable because it’s content that you OWN. Who knows? Maybe one day you’ll decide to turn that blog into a book?

Back to your blogsite, using word press and the jetpack plugin I have installed here, you can see in this video how after not much time invested, the search engines are pulling people directly over to the WordPress blog.

Specific keywords in the posts and descriptions are linking up with people typing those words and groups of words into multiple search engines – and most importantly – they’re finding me! This can work for you too, it’s easy! Blogging is not difficult, simply find a solution your audience finds valuable – and they’ll desire to seek you out! An online blog is also your client’s outlet and voice to be heard. Blogging daily and engaging with your audience, builds creditability while personally connecting.
