Non GMO Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Non GMO Pineapple Upside Down Cake.
2 years ago I discovered that genetically modified wheat
products bother me
; they bother most people. It’s the reason

in fact, some people believe they are gluten free or gluten
intolerant. That’s what I used to think too.

But it’s the genetically modified gluten
(GMO) that really is the culprit.

More people are slowly finding out about it.

So, my husband makes a lot of things right
here at home, using King Arthur flour, which
is Non GMO.

So, of course my sweet tooth got the better
of me the other night and we just happen
to have all the ingredients on hand-
except the cherries.

But it was awesome anyhow! Here’s the recipe

I love the cake recipe. Now we have to try to get King Arthur flower to Malta, Europe :-)

Thank you! Oh..I see they ship to Canada, it’s probably an FDA thing holding up Europe…maybe email them on status for that?
