Health Internally:

Shakeology. Garbage in, garbage out. It’s true; what you put in your body is a direct result of how you feel, think and perform. Until I started taking Shakeology, I had no idea what I was missing. After 1 year now of being on it, having just 1 a day, I feel deprived when I don’t get it. When you experience having great time released energy all day long and feeling great, to experiencing a day without – you see it’s not worth it. My days are better, more fulfilled, more focused and more productive when I get my shake before 12pm.

Health Externally:

Exercise. We were made to be moving, period. The body’s main function broken down to the simplest form, is to send and receive messages. The blood circulation forced during exercise is a great detox process. Radical toxins get flushed out while new cells are being created. Staying consistently on a routine also forces new great habits, you gain more energy and discipline. I learned through the nutrition and exercise it is essential for keeping momentum going in all others areas of my life. My routine combines both P90X and Insanity, to get the best of both worlds in gains and cardio. daftar joker123

Self Improvement:

I’ve always accepted life is a learning process, one has to be open and flexible to new things. If we do what we’ve always done, we will be what we’ve always been, true? Studies show our brain doesn’t grow unless we’re challenging ourselves, letting new data in. I keep a handful of great books nearby and even audio cd’s. My favorite so far is Darren Hardy; he’s a great inspiration on how one can refine their time to engage in the actions to help reach their goals.
